3. Nature of Services β Education, Not Advice
Pennybloom provides financial education. Our Programs are structured learning experiences designed to improve financial understanding and decision-making capacity. They are not a substitute for personalised financial advice, investment recommendations, legal counsel, or any other professional advisory service.
Facilitators are educators, not licensed financial advisers or lawyers. Nothing communicated during a Program β verbally, in writing, or through Materials β should be interpreted as financial, investment, legal, or tax advice specific to your circumstances.
Where referrals to licensed professionals are provided, these are for informational purposes only. Pennybloom does not endorse or take responsibility for the conduct or advice of any referred professional.
4. Enrolment and Eligibility
Programmes are open to individuals aged 18 and above, unless otherwise specified. Enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit and written confirmation from Pennybloom.
For Programs designed for couples, both partners are expected to attend all sessions. Substituting or replacing a partner mid-program is subject to facilitator discretion.
Pennybloom reserves the right to decline enrolment or to ask a Participant to withdraw from a Program if their participation is deemed incompatible with the wellbeing of the group, at the sole discretion of the facilitating team.
5. Fees and Payment
Program fees are as stated at the time of enquiry and confirmed in writing prior to registration. Fees are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are inclusive of all stated Materials unless otherwise specified.
A deposit is required to secure your place in a cohort. The balance is due prior to the first session, unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in writing.
Fees may be revised for future cohorts. Any change will not affect confirmed enrolments for which a deposit has already been received.
6. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

If you need to cancel your enrolment, the following terms apply:
- More than 14 days before the first session: Full refund of any deposit paid, less a RM 50 administrative fee.
- 7 to 14 days before the first session: 50% of the deposit is refundable.
- Less than 7 days before the first session, or after the program has begun: The deposit is non-refundable. A credit towards a future cohort may be offered at Pennybloom's discretion.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to our email address.
6.2 Cancellation or Changes by Pennybloom
Pennybloom reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Program due to insufficient enrolment, unforeseen circumstances, or force majeure events. In the event of cancellation by Pennybloom, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid. We will provide as much notice as practically possible.
7. Program Content and Schedule Changes
Pennybloom may make reasonable adjustments to session content, format, facilitators, or scheduling without prior notice, provided the overall scope and learning outcomes of the Program remain substantially consistent. Where changes are significant, we will notify Participants by email.
8. Participant Conduct and Confidentiality
Participants are expected to engage respectfully with facilitators and other participants at all times. Disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behaviour may result in removal from a Program without refund.
Sessions are conducted in a confidential environment. Participants agree not to share identifying details or personal disclosures made by other Participants outside the session context. Recording of sessions in any format is not permitted without the prior written consent of all parties present.
